Eleanor Aberman

Consultant

Eleanor had an earlier career in private equity and real estate investment before moving into board advisory. She was most recently a Consultant at a boutique executive search firm. Eleanor holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance and an MA in History from the University of Cambridge.

Maddie Channell

Partner

Maddie has almost two decades of experience advising on senior executive and non-executive appointments across all industries. She was previously a principal at a board level search firm and, prior to that, advised clients on functional leadership appointments at a global search firm. Maddie holds an MA in Classics and French from the University of Oxford.

Maxim Davies

Consultant

Maxim spent over five years at a boutique executive search firm, with a particular focus on NED and senior executive appointments in the industrial sector. He holds an MA in English Literature from the University of Warwick.

Portia Dore

Executive Assistant 

Portia brings a decade of experience working with both global and boutique executive search firms. She oversees the operations of Henrok and the performance of our projects. Portia holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester.

Sarah Kelly

Executive Assistant

Sarah brings over a decade of experience in search and has supported executive and non-executive appointments across multiple sectors. At Henrok, she is responsible for leading events and HR, as well as supporting operational management and project performance. Sarah holds a BA in Geography and Business from Anglia Ruskin University.

Laveeza Mahmood

Associate

Laveeza began her career in law, working for two years in-house at a technology company before transitioning into executive search. She has spent the last two years at a corporate functions search firm, focusing on senior-level mandates across a range of sectors. Laveeza studied Law at the University of York and has completed the Legal Practice Course.

Matthew Noyes

Consultant

Matthew brings over a decade of experience advising on international senior executive and non-executive appointments in listed and private-equity backed businesses. Most recently a principal in a global technology-focused search firm, he previously led the research function of a boutique advisory business. Matthew read French at the University of Oxford.

Malik Mansaray

Associate

Malik began his career as a Research Analyst Intern in the Board Practice of a global executive search firm, where he supported on both executive and non-executive appointments across a variety of sectors. Malik studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Nottingham.

Kate Perry

Systems Integration and Insights Lead

Kate has almost two decades of experience in system implementations and integration with a specialism in turning complex data into clear, actionable business insights. She has consulted for numerous organisations across a variety of sectors. Kate holds a BSc in Video, Imaging and Communications Technology from the University of Salford.

Dylan Walters-Bale

Associate

Dylan began his career in recruitment before moving into investment consulting and wealth management. He was most recently a Wealth Management Analyst at Rothschild & Co, advising UHNW clients including entrepreneurs, family offices, and charities. Prior to that, he held an investment consulting role at Mercer. Dylan holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Bristol.

Michelle Rossouw

Managing Partner

Michelle has almost two decades of experience advising global organisations on board and executive level appointments across a range of sectors including industrial, business services, technology and financial services. She was previously a partner at a board level search firm in London and is one of the founding partners of Henrok.

Her earlier career was spent in leadership roles with a London-based charity and she was previously a Trustee of African mental health charity, Amaudo. Michelle qualified as a barrister with the Inns of Court School of Law and has a law degree.
