Recognising that diversity is context-specific, we take time to understand what diversity really means for each appointment and we seek to question and challenge assumptions when beginning the search process and throughout. Our rigorous research, combined with our unique approach to psychometric-informed candidate appraisals, gives us the confidence to recommend candidates on potential not just achievements or qualifications, affording our clients a richer and more inclusive shortlist.
